Recovery & Aftercare
Breast lift recovery typically involves 1 to 2 weeks of downtime, during which a supportive surgical bra helps minimize swelling and support your breasts as they heal. While light activity can resume within a few days, you’ll need to avoid lifting and strenuous exercise for several weeks.
For optimal results, scar care is also an important part of recovery. Dr. Curtsinger recommends consistently using surgical tape and scar gel as directed to help scars fade and become as inconspicuous as possible over time.
