The SmoothSilk Ergonomix implant is ideal if you want results that feel especially natural. It adapts to gravity, appearing round when you’re lying down and developing a gentle slope when you’re upright. This closely mimics the behavior of natural breast tissue. If you prefer a bit more visible fullness, the SmoothSilk Round implant maintains its shape regardless of position, offering a softly enhanced, rounder contour with more upper-pole fullness.
